Our communities are still experiencing a high rate of thefts from vehicles. Most of these vehicles are left unlocked with valuable property stored inside. Please help us, the officers of the Denton Police Department, by locking your vehicles, removing valuable and taking your keys. Stay Safe This Fourth of July

Bike Registration Drive
Members of the Denton Police Department set up their mobile command unit and tent to register bikes at the Mallard Landing Community Center last Friday afternoon. Officers registered bikes, gave away bike helmets and socialized with community members. 22 bikes were registered as a result. Please check our website with updates on new bike registration drives and their locations. Registering your bike may help prevent it from being stolen or help us get it back to you quickly.
