Job Qualifications
To apply for the Police Officer job opening, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age at the completion of a six month training academy
- Pass a written examination
- Pass a physical agility test
- Pass a comprehensive background investigation, psychological screening, polygraph examination and periodic drug testing
- Be a US Citizen
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have no felony convictions
